These terms apply to your use of the Magic League app for mobile devices and the website magicleague.app (together, the "Application"), provided by Carlos Carrera Sorribes ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Application you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Application.

The Application

Magic League lets you organise Magic: The Gathering commander leagues with your playgroup: leagues, gatherings, decks and game results. It is an independent, unofficial project. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse the Application. Card names and images are provided by Scryfall's public API.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address through a link we send you. There are no passwords.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher age of digital consent that applies where you live.
• Keep your email account secure and provide accurate information. One account per person.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Other members of your leagues can see your nickname, profile photo, decks and game results. You agree not to:

• Use a nickname, photo, deck name or any other content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
• Enter false results or otherwise manipulate leagues in bad faith.
• Attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer or abuse it (for example, by automated requests).
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

Leagues are organised by their members. We are not responsible for what members do or say outside the Application. To report objectionable content or behaviour, write to info@magicleague.app; we will review it and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Your content

You keep the rights to the content you create in the Application (such as your nickname, photo, decks and results). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display to the other members of your leagues and otherwise process that content, only as needed to operate the Application. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload.

Availability and changes to the service

The Application is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of any kind about the Application, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of data, arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.

Suspension, termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Application at any time and delete your account from the Profile tab of the app, or by writing to info@magicleague.app. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that put other people or the service at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with its effective date. If you keep using the Application after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to the rights that mandatory consumer protection rules give you to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

Estos términos se aplican al uso de la app Magic League para dispositivos móviles y del sitio web magicleague.app (en conjunto, la «Aplicación»), proporcionados por Carlos Carrera Sorribes («nosotros»). Al crear una cuenta o usar la Aplicación aceptas estos términos y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no los aceptas, por favor no uses la Aplicación.

La Aplicación

Magic League te permite organizar ligas de Commander de Magic: The Gathering con tu grupo de juego: ligas, quedadas, mazos y resultados de partidas. Es un proyecto independiente y no oficial. Magic: The Gathering es una marca de Wizards of the Coast LLC, que no está afiliada ni respalda la Aplicación. Los nombres e imágenes de las cartas provienen de la API pública de Scryfall.

Tu cuenta

• Inicias sesión con tu correo electrónico mediante un enlace que te enviamos. No hay contraseñas.
• Debes tener al menos 16 años, o la edad superior de consentimiento digital que se aplique donde vives.
• Mantén seguro tu correo y facilita información veraz. Una cuenta por persona.
• Eres responsable de lo que ocurra con tu cuenta.

Uso aceptable

Los demás miembros de tus ligas pueden ver tu apodo, tu foto de perfil, tus mazos y los resultados de tus partidas. Te comprometes a no:

• Usar un apodo, una foto, un nombre de mazo o cualquier otro contenido que sea ofensivo, discriminatorio, sexualmente explícito, acosador o que vulnere los derechos de otras personas.
• Acosar, amenazar o suplantar a otras personas.
• Introducir resultados falsos o manipular las ligas de mala fe.
• Intentar acceder a datos que no son tuyos, interrumpir el servicio, o aplicarle ingeniería inversa o abusar de él (por ejemplo, con solicitudes automatizadas).
• Usar la Aplicación con fines ilícitos.

Las ligas las organizan sus miembros. No somos responsables de lo que los miembros hagan o digan fuera de la Aplicación. Para denunciar contenido o comportamientos inapropiados, escribe a info@magicleague.app; lo revisaremos y podremos retirar contenido o suspender cuentas.

Tu contenido

Conservas los derechos sobre el contenido que creas en la Aplicación (como tu apodo, foto, mazos y resultados). Nos concedes una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para almacenar ese contenido, mostrarlo a los demás miembros de tus ligas y tratarlo de otro modo, solo en la medida necesaria para operar la Aplicación. Confirmas que tienes derecho a usar el contenido que subes.

Disponibilidad y cambios en el servicio

La Aplicación se ofrece de forma gratuita, «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Podemos modificar, suspender o retirar funciones en cualquier momento, y no garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido ni esté libre de errores.

Sin garantía y limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no ofrecemos ninguna garantía sobre la Aplicación y no somos responsables de las pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos, derivadas de su uso. Nada de lo dispuesto en estos términos limita ninguna responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse por ley, ni tus derechos como consumidor.

Suspensión, terminación y borrado de la cuenta

Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento y borrar tu cuenta desde la pestaña Perfil de la app, o escribiendo a info@magicleague.app. El tratamiento de tus datos se describe en la Política de privacidad. Podemos suspender o cerrar las cuentas que incumplan estos términos o que pongan en riesgo a otras personas o al servicio.

Cambios en estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos de vez en cuando. La versión vigente está siempre disponible en esta página, con su fecha de entrada en vigor. Si sigues usando la Aplicación tras un cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.

Legislación aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona (España), sin perjuicio de los derechos que las normas imperativas de protección de los consumidores te reconocen para acudir a los tribunales de tu lugar de residencia.
